The contract, worth £5.5m annually and set to run for an initial eight and a half years, will start in September 2026.
It includes collection of residual, gardening and clinical waste and recycling, as well as street sweeping, litter collection, fly-tipping removal, clearing abandoned vehicles, and graffiti cleaning.
The new contract will also include the use of electric vans and solar panels at the depot.
Councillor Bob Bushell said: ‘City of Lincoln Council is proud to have secured a contract that balances quality, cost, and environmental responsibility for the benefit of Lincoln residents and visitors alike.’
