The new additions include 26-tonne Olympus OL19 bodies on an Elite+ Narrow chassis with Terberg bin lifts, 26-tonne Olympus Twin Packs on an Elite+ Narrow chassis with OmniDEL split lifts, and ORUS 7HD compact satellite collection food waste vehicles, designed to meet the requirements of the Simpler Recycling regulations.

Founded in 1994 and part of Specialist Fleet Services, CTS Hire provides municipal and specialist vehicles on short- to long-term rental across the UK, supporting the waste management, recycling, and highways sectors.

Managing Director Bob Sweetland highlighted the benefits of flexible hire contracts, allowing councils and operators to test configurations before committing to purchase.

‘With municipal budgets already stretched and no end in sight to these pressures, our flexible hire contracts and maintenance packages offer a cost-effective solution,’ he said.

‘We are very proud of the long-standing relationship we have with both CTS Hire and SFS,’ said Richard Taylor, Sales and Marketing Director, Dennis Eagle.

‘Whether it’s sales or aftermarket, we appreciate the opportunity to support CTS Hire in delivering the service and reputation its end users expect. We look forward to continuing this excellent partnership for a very long time.’

The new vehicles are scheduled to join the fleet in 2026.
