Andersen launches charge point for electric and hybrid vehicles

Published:  21 December, 2017

A discreet and stylish charge point for recharging of electric cars at home has been launched in the UK by Andersen.

The A1 is the company's first product and Andersen is looking for partners among electric car manufacturers who wish to offer customers an alternative charge point.

The charge point has been designed to blend in with the outside walls of homes and is available for purchase directly through the company’s website. The company also provides the installation of the charge point.

Co-Founder Jérôme Faissat said: ‘Our aim is to create a landscape where home car charging is desirable by developing and designing discreet and stylish charge points that fit in with any aesthetic.

‘Using your charge point shouldn’t just be functional and a means to an end – it should also make you feel good. We are looking to become the go-to brand for quality home charging in Europe.’
