Coupled to specific requests made by some of our contract hire customers with our own exacting evaluation of the RCV equipment currently available was the main driving force behind the decision to purchase these Farid vehicles. As part of our contract with Farid they have developed a fleet partnership programme and carried out intensive training of our own technicians to enable them to carry out “in-house’ warranty repairs on our vehicle fleet. We have also jointly invested in “state of the art’ dedicated diagnostic software and tooling for our service technician computer diagnostic systems. We have been very pleased with our decision to purchase Farid vehicles and with the UK service provided.’
