Teletrac Navman becomes standalone company following acquisition

Teletrac Navman has completed its acquisition by Respida Capital, marking a new chapter as the connected mobility platform becomes a standalone private company.

Vontier Corporation, its former parent company, retains a minority equity stake in the business.

Teletrac Navman provides real-time data helping fleet operators streamline operations, enhance safety and drive sustainability. It supports organisations across transport, logistics, construction and the public sector through its AI-enabled TN360 fleet management solution.

Alain Samaha, Chief Executive Officer at Teletrac Navman, said the partnership with Respida would accelerate growth across product innovation, and vertical and geography expansion, while maintaining service quality.

James Zubok, Founder and Managing Member of Respida Capital, said fleet management is ‘at an inflection point,’ with operators facing rising cost and regulatory pressures, adding that Teletrac Navman is well placed to help address these challenges.
