Dennis Eagle, the UK manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles (RCVs), has been awarded ISO 45001 certification for its occupational health and safety management systems.
The globally recognised standard supports organisations in proactively identifying and managing workplace risk, preventing injuries and illness, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
Both Dennis Eagle and its trading division, Terberg Matec UK, achieved the certification following a series of assessments conducted by global assurance partner LRQA in early 2026.
The accreditation covers Dennis Eagle’s main manufacturing sites in Blackpool, Worksop, Warrington and Warwick, as well as its Manchester Service Centre.
The certification builds on the company’s existing ISO credentials, having previously achieved ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management in 2023.
Health and Safety Manager Richard Young said the certification formalises standards already embedded across the business and provides customers with confidence that Dennis Eagle meets recognised international benchmarks across quality, environmental performance and safety.
