The UK distributor of Multihog products, Multihog UK Limited, has rebranded itself as Multevo Ltd.

The company was established in 2010 with the aim of introducing the UK market place to the multi-purpose Multihog tool carrier which was an unknown entity at that time.

Having introduced six more Multihog models andnumerous attachments, the firm now claims one-third of all UK councils are customers alongside 80% of airports and major highways contractors.

The Multihog is a unique range of multi-purpose articulated tractors that accept a wide array of attachments to the front and rear for all year utilisation. The principle is to maximise return on investment through improved fleet efficiency and operational productivity.

Heathrow and Gatwick Airports were early adopters of the machines back in 2012 for winter maintenance duties and highways contractors, including Skanska, Amey, Kier and Ringway either own or regularly hire units across the UK.

Multevo says the rebranding exercise will strengthen opportunities to increase the Multihog's prominence in the market.

The company not only has the world's largest hire fleet of Multihogs but also sells directly to customers and delivers services itself, such as highway maintenance.

Multevo Director, Nick Leadley said: “This rebrand is the next logical step in our company's evolution to differentiate ourselves and our offering. In a nutshell you will continue to deal with the same familiar faces, state-of-the-art products and second-to-none services under the new Multevo brand ' nothing else has changed in that respect.â€
