Fleet management software supplier Jaama has recruited Jordan Thompson to spearhead the company's growth in the plant and tool hire sector.

She has been appointed plant sales manager with responsibility for increasing use of Jaama's industry-leading Key2 Plant Management software system.

Her appointment comes just before Jaama exhibit at this year's Executive Hire Show at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, where it will be showcasing Key2 Plant Management software which provides plant and tool hire operators with the right tools to successfully manage their business.

She spent three years at Nottingham-based rental and hire software provider inspHire, initially in technical support before becoming an account manager. She then spent 18 months as product manager at contact centre service provider ctalk.

She said: 'I have moved to Jaama because it is a fast-expanding and go-ahead company. With my knowledge and experience in the plant and tool hire sector I can drive its growth and be part of the company's continuing success.'

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: 'We are ramping up our focus on the plant and tool hire market in 2016 and that starts with the appointment of Jordan.'
