Fleet management software supplier Jaama has strengthened its customer support team with the appointment of two further support analysts.

James Price (pictured left) and Joshua Riley join a team responsible for communication with Jaama's customer base and helping fleets, contract hire, leasing and rental companies use its Key2 management system.

James Price started his IT career as an apprentice in a two-man operation setting up and installing servers and networks and moving on to desktop support roles before switching to software support.

Joshua Riley previously held sales and account management roles but wanted a new challenge in IT and a service desk role.

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: 'Jaama continues to experience year-on-year growth as an ever-increasing number of organisations use web-enabled technology to manage their fleet and transport operations.

'The company is firmly focused on investing in enhancements to our core Key2 system and customer support is critical to this, so it is vital that Jaama continues to expand its team of support analysts'
