The BVRLA has rolled out a new course to help boost the voices of women working in the fleet sector.

Taking place 20-21 May, the Women’s Voices in Fleet course, powered by the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP), is designed to help women feel confident when speaking publicly.
Mark Pow, Head of Learning and Development at the BVRLA, said: ‘As a sector we are making a lot of positive strides to make it a more inclusive environment where everyone can flourish. The Women’s Voices in Fleet course is a great way to accelerate that progression.’
Ronnie Gillman, Training Manager at the AFP, added: ‘The Women’s Voices in Fleet course has the power to change lives and careers and we are delighted to be giving more industry colleagues the opportunity to develop their full potential.’
