Uni-Power marks 30 years in business with Kubota

Published:  03 October, 2016

One of the UK’s largest engine, transmission and parts specialists Universal Engine Power, is celebrating 30 years as an official Kubota engine dealer.

Uni-Power was set up in June 1986 by Ray Brown in Great Dunmow, Essex. The firm became a Kubota dealer in October of that year and has experienced increased sales and consistent growth ever since. During that time, a strong relationship with Kubota has been built and maintained.

Managing director of Uni-Power Phil Brown – who is also Ray’s son – said: ‘Firstly, this significant 30 year milestone highlights the strength of our affiliation and working relationship with Kubota. Since taking on the dealership, Kubota has been a leading product line for us, due to the brand’s reputation and the quality of its products.

‘A large part of our growth and success has come from the productivity and reliability of Kubota’s engines, allowing us to form prosperous relationships with many OEMs and trade companies over the years. These relationships have been supported by both Kubota’s finance and after-sales packages, both of which contribute to our business success.
