Connected fleet specialists CMS SupaTrak has achieved the Investors in People standard, demonstrating and confirming the company's commitment to its staff.

The company, which is based in Swindon, designs and builds software for the transport and logistics, local authority, waste management and passenger transport industries to help improve driver behaviour, reduce accident rates, increase efficiency and cut operating costs.

Investors in People highlighted its approach to staff development, inspiration and communication were its key strengths. Their report stated: 'People believe that CMS SupaTrak is a great place to work. They believe the organisation has inspiring leaders who encourage a culture of open and honest communication.
