The O&H Conversions group has been acquired by Endless LLP, a private equity fund.

Established in 1988 and based in Goole, East Yorkshire, O&H is one of the leading vehicle converters in the UK, specialising in patient transport service ambulances, front line A&E ambulance vehicles, wheelchair access vehicles and welfare vehicles.

Endless LLP is a private equity fund backed by blue chip US, European and UK institutions with approximately £1 billion in funds under management and revenues across its current investment portfolio of more than £3 billion.

Andrew Smith, who joined Endless in May 2016 to become head of its Leeds office, led the transaction and joins the O&H board, supporting the current management team led by Peter Van Smirren.

Peter Van Smirren said: 'We are very much looking forward to working with the Endless team. In a relatively short period we have developed an excellent understanding. We are aligned in our objective to allow O&H to fulfil its potential and solidify its position as a leading provider of vehicle conversions'

Andrew Smith added: 'We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to support O&H and the management team's growth ambitions. O&H has a strong reputation in the vehicle conversion industry and we are excited to be a part of the future for this well-respected business'
