RVS is already well-known for remanufactured and quality used refuse collection vehicles but the first RediTruck, with Mercedes Antos chassis, Dennis Eagle Olympus body and Beta 2 bin lift, will be on display on the way in to the show and represents a new raft of services from RVS.

These include flexible finance packages and Try Before You Buy deals on any RVS vehicle with the rental charge refunded on purchase.

RVS Managing Director Spencer Law said: 'Increasingly our customers are coming back to us for after-sales support to help them manage their fleets more cost-efficiently for the long term.

'In response we have restructured our business to provide Whole Lifecycle management of refuse vehicles, to optimise their operational longevity through all life stages from New (RediTruck) to Quality Used to Remanufactured. This way we can help our customers achieve Nearly Zero Downtime.'

RVSwill bejoined on the stand by Effenco Hybrid Solutions of Montreal, Canada. RVS is the first distributor outside North America of Effenco's Engine Stop Start technology,asystem they claim offers average fuel savings of 25% per vehicle.
