Visitors to the CTS Show such as municipal vehicle and equipment operators in July 2011, experienced a show where demonstrations were welcomed on the stands. By attending the CIWM Regional Conference contributed four hours towards the 30 hours required for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to keep members up dated with developments in legislation, best practice and technological changes within the wastes and resources management industry.

There was a large demonstration area for key xhibitors such as Terberg Matec, MEC and Dennis Eagle who demonstrated products and services to a wider audience, Terberg offered certified equipment trainingand used pre-booked training slots in a timed repeated schedule, which was constantly busy.

There wasan Arrive and Drive Experienceon each day, Isuzu Truckhad a 7.5ton Easyshift vehicle, Dennis Eagledemonstrated a narrow track 6 x 2 rear steer and Geesink Norbabrought a Mercedes Iconic,all of which were test driven around the local area, taking advantage of the A38.There were also Isuzu 4 x 4 Pickupstotest drive.
