Novadata offers compliance advice at the CV Show

Published:  20 March, 2018

Transport training, tachograph analysis and a range of specially developed transport compliance products are all represented at Novadata Transport Training’s stand at the CV Show in April.

All three areas are crucial in helping to protect the operator’s O-Licence and safeguarding their business, warned Novadata managing director Su Winch.

‘You can’t cut corners on transport compliance but you can make life easier, by ensuring that you are up to date on industry best practice and that you are fully aware of the requirements of the law,’ she said.

‘Our assistance in three vital areas for transport operators can get them off to a flying start on compliance and help them to stay on the move, legally and profitably.

‘This is a rare opportunity to access some industry best practice advice on no fewer than three areas that will help to protect your Operator Licence.’

Founded more than 30 years ago as a tachograph analysis bureau, Novadata not only provides services for both digital and analogue tachograph users but also transport training for Management CPC, Driver CPC, ADR and DGSA training and vital Operator Awareness Training at its own OCR approved centre.

‘All our trainers have worked in the industry and understand the challenges from a truly hands-on perspective,’ said Su Winch.

‘These same professionals also deliver our range of JAUPT approved Driver CPC courses which provide a great deal of applicable and practical knowledge and advice.

‘Drivers often come to us expecting the Driver CPC course to be a chore that they must complete, but leave having thoroughly enjoyed their course, determined to put what they’ve learned into action.

‘Many also depart with some of our range of defect report books. These are very popular as they take you through the daily checks with ease, making sure you comply by following a simple check list.’

Novadata also provides full transport audits, which help pinpoint any flaws in the processes and procedures of an organisation, so any weaknesses can be tackled and corrected before they come to the attention of a Traffic Commissioner.

And for operators wishing to achieve FORS accreditation, Novadata provides essential assistance in preparing to meet the standards for FORS membership.
